THE CHRISTMAS SHOW 2009: Tickets are now on sale for 'A Fairytale of Bar Hill ... and ... Goldilocks & The Beanstalk' - 2 new festive comedies from Paul Richards on one billing. The show takes place at the cellar of CB2 Restaurant, Cambridge on 17th (8.30pm start), 19th and 20th (both of these shows 8pm start) of December 2009, tickets are £5. The shows star Colin Woodham, Vaughan Allanson, Heather Yeadon, Kevin Wright, Juliette Burton, David Geasor, Rob Wells and Paul Richards. BUSKER IN THE WINTER SNOW and LOSERS EP'S RELEASED: 2 recent releases featuring Paul on drums have been released. There's the lo-fi festive project Busker In The Winter Snow, recorded with long-term collaborator Kerry Lambert, and also the first official release from Losers, whom Paul has been playing with on/off over the last year or so. Both releases are available in all usual online places; iTunes, Amazon, Napster etc. Paul has recently been recording sessions for the forthcoming Eureka Stockade album, as well as recording drum takes for BH Shore's new long-player. Next up is a session with Music By Hodge at The Sickroom Studios in Norwich, and early next year Paul will be recording with The Damsons.
'GONE MIDNIGHT' TO BE RECORDED FOR RADIO: Paul's play 'Gone Midnight' has been selected by Violet Microwave Productions for a radio recording, for their show 'Voices Off'. The 30 minute play will be episode 2, of series 2, of 'Voices Off', and will be recorded in London early 2010.
